The Online Physician Assistant Renewal for 2025 is now CLOSED.

Physician Assistant renewals for 2025 closed December 31, 2024. If you wish to renew your license during the grace period, please complete and mail the paper renewal form along with the renewal fee, paper processing fee and grace period fee (total: $140). All forms and fees must be received in the Board office on or before March 30, 2025.
